Roger Godin

35 Years of Elevation
Through Practice.

From making beds to leading icons. Roger Godin’s leadership philosophy was not born in a boardroom. It was shaped on the ground, in the operational heartbeat of hotels, long before it became The Elevation Code.

Leadership philosophy

On what leadership
actually is.

Roger Godin’s philosophy is built on a single conviction: the best leaders are multipliers, not performers. They are not the ones who shine brightest in the room. They are the ones who make the room shine.

The Elevation Code is built around three words Roger has lived by: Try Hard. Never Give Up. Never Settle. These are disciplines — applied daily, in the small decisions that constitute a career.
